Well....

I am not finding time to get back to this blog as much as I wanted, but hey, I am actually typing up a second post. Hopefully, it will be like a plane in a pitch down attitude, just building up airspeed.

Speeding of Airspeed, I wanted to relay something I heard in one of the podcasts I listen to. I am a very avid podcast listener. If you were to look at my Ipod, you will find more podcast than music on it. A majority of the podcasts are aviation related podcasts. Ok, I realized that I set myself up for a segway, and then immediately went off on a tangent. One of the podcasts I listen to regularly is "Airspeed" by Stephen Force, but is just as well know by his real name, Stephen Tupper. Steve has just put out a casting call of a indie movie he wants to make on a shoestring budget. The movie is going to be call "Acro Camp" with the idea of recording a group of private pilots going through there first taste of acrobatic training. Steve is looking at setting up four straight days of this camp, and he plans on having video and audio equipment on hand to turn it into a movie down the road. To get all of the details, go to his website at http://airspeedonline.blogspot.com/. There you can get all of the details on the camp. This sounds really cool, but I am not sure I would be interested in something like this, reguardless of the cost. Since I have only taken one (introductory) lesson, my only thoughts are just to get into a plane with an instructor. That right now is something that is 1,000 miles down the road for me, so anything past that don't not penetrate the grey matter between the ears.

Well, that is enough for one evening. I hope on the next post to layout what I feel the "misson" of this blog will be.
